Established in 1972, Charl has supplied Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) various initiators, thrusters, removers and catapults in support of critical flight safety and life support programs. The director of the Department of Defense has formally recognized Charl for its “superior performance and ability in making on-time deliveries and quality products”. Charl maintains approvals to store, handle and assemble government furnished material with a class C explosive rating. All machined parts associated with these assemblies are manufactured and assembled on site.
